Starting a Tuesday morning at -20° is disgusting. Just saying.
Coworkers decided to do Ranchitos for lunch, so how could I refuse?
Food:
6:45 am Steel cut oats w/flaxseed meal, protein powder, 1/2 c blueberries, soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
12:00 pm Chips & salsa, pulled pork burrito w/red sauce, 1/3 c refried beans, 1/3 c Mexican rice
6:00 pm Barbecue on multigrain sandwich thin, 2.5 slices fresh pineapple, 8 oz skim milk

4:50-5:45 am DWTS DVD
4:55-5:25 pm 2 mile walk DVD
