Hopefully our 4-day work week will go by nice and smoothly this week. Another cold morning, but I also hope the cold streak is petering out and maybe further cold blasts won't be as strong or as long.
Food:
6:45 am Morning bun, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice 12 grain toast, 1 tbl PB, large red pear
5:00 pm 1 oz milk chocolate Santa
6:30 pm 1.45 oz roast pork, 1/3 c butternut puree, 2 thin stalks asparagus, caramel macchiato Greek blend yogurt, 1 Effie's oatcake
