Our foodie day is well begun. I had a delicious omelet with market veggies and Wisconsin chevre, English muffin toast with house-made blueberry and raspberry/banana preserves, and excellent coffee. We plan to wakk over to TJ's soon, checking out later, to combine our shopping with a little exercise. Later we'll stop at the kitchen store nextto Penzey's to look for a butter crock. I want to try using regular butter at room temp for a spread.
Food:
7:45 am Omelet with market veggies & chevre, 2 slices English muffin toast, whipped butter, 2 tbl blueberry preserves, 2 tbl raspberry/banana preserves, coffee, 1-2 bites Dauphinoise potatoes
Exercise:
9:15 am Walk to and back from TJ's
