Nice to get up and start a "normal" Sunday, knowing that after church and lunch, we get to hop in the car and head down to Madison for a festival of good meals. Great way to start a week. Looking forward to seeing you this evening.
Food:
8:30 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 96 g blackberries, coffee
12:00 pm 2 slices Nueske's bacon, 2 pc vanilla artisan bread w/cranberries, 1 egg, 2 oz almond milk, 2 tbl maple syrup
Exercise:
6:50-7:40 am Ballet DVD
7:40-8:10 am Cardio Dance DVD
