Almost let myself get away with staying in bed this morning and skipping exercise, but had a positive change of heart at the last minute. Didn't feel like leaving everything for the end of the day, to be honest.
My breakfast client cancelled, but I still have a couple of Kind bars on my desk drawer for such occasions. I think the almonds are starting to go over, though.
Food:
6:40 am Nectarine, 102 g raspberries, coffee
8:15 am Kind Madagascar almond bar
11:50 am Vanilla soy shake, slice cranberry oat toast, 1 tbl fig spread, caramel macchiato Greek blend yogurt
