Scale is not in a pretty place, has been heading that way for a while with all the vacationing/eating/odd exercise schedule. Time to buckle down. Then I get a text that we have a birthday lunch today. I will still try to keep it low.
Food:
7:05 am 3/4 c Heritage Flakes, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 c blueberries, 103 g blackberries, coffee
12:30 pm Blueberry soy shake, 46 g chocolate chip brioche, 42 g oven roasted chicken breast, 1/3 c applesauce
1:15 pm 1.5x3" pumpkin krispie treat
7:00 pm 3.5 oz grilled chicken breast, 1/2 c mashed sweet potato, 1 sm ear grilled corn, 8 oz skim milk
