Rainy day, supposed to continue pretty much throughout the day. Guess my after-work exercise will be indoors with Jessica Smith today. Morning workout was Kristi Yamaguchi which incorporates good weights but not as many steps as I'd like so I have a few to get in during the day today.
Food:
6:50 am Morning bun, nectarine, 100 g raspberries, coffee
11:40 am Vanilla soy shake, Mission corn/whole wheat tortilla, 48 g Lunch Mate oven roasted chicken breast, 1 leaf kale, 2 heirloom cherry tomatoes
12:30 pm 1 dark chocolate sea salt caramel
3:00 pm 2 caramel Nips
6:30 pm Chicken casserole w/organic rigatoni & many veggies, 1/2 c homemade applesauce, 8 oz skim milk
Exercise:
4:50-5:45 am Kristi Yamaguchi Workout DVD
6:55-7:55 pm Walk with Dad
