2014 is almost 75% gone, and this last quarter always flies by. Sigh. But it has been a good year so far, so no real complaints. Onward.
Food:
7:00 am 3/4 c Heritage Flakes, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 cantaloupe, 99 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, 55 g chocolate chip brioche, Fit & Active pumpkin pie yogurt, sm honey crisp
3:15 pm 1 oz cinnamon pretzels
7:25 pm Macaroni and cheese, 1/2 c acorn squash, 1/4 tbl butter, 8 oz skim milk

4:55-5:55 am Dance Exercise DVD
5:35-6:35 pm Walk to Schmeeckle with Dad
