Crisp, cool morning for camp. I must say it feels Septembry. Good morning for a bowl of hot oatmeal w/blueberries. Hopefully we'll have a good day at camp.
Food:
6:45 am Steel cut oatmeal w/flaxseed meal, protein powder, 1/2 c blueberries, soy milk, nectarine, 99 g raspberries, coffee
