My last day to be 58. It's been a good year. I like this time of my life when things are quite settled, as well as they can be. Bumps in the road still occur, but I've seen many and am a little more comfortable with whatever needs to be done. Let's hope and pray that continues.
Had a little twinge in my right side lower back this morning so opted not to do a workout with weights as I usually do on Wed. Jessica Smith tend to work out my kinks a little more gently while still feeling like a good workout.
Food:
6:45 am 1/2 c TJ's blueberry muesli, 1/2 c light original soy milk, large nectarine, 102 g raspberries, coffee
12:25 pm Blueberry soy shake, caramel macchiato Greek blend yogurt, slice cinnamon swirl bread, nectarine
2:45 pm 2 cherry tomatoes
3:15 pm 2 sm chocolate chip cookies
