Rainy couple of days ahead, then slightly cooler again I think. Already feel like I can see a little more ab definition, so need to keep on the Pilates as well as watching the salt and snacks to get that scale back down again and headed in the correct direction.
Food:
7:55 am Apricot danish, 101 g blackberries, coffee
11:40 am Curry butternut bisque, pumpkin donut
Exercise:
9:05-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
10:35-11:05 am Machine/balance workout
