Had quite a bit of restlessness in the middle of the night last night, confirmed by Fitbit. Still feel reasonably rested, so not as bad as it could be. Will walk w/Kathy today and will take my library books to be dropped off along with me. I'm trying not to take out any new ones before New Zealand so I can focus on reading guidebooks when I finish what I have on hand. Annoyed with self. Went on a 1 1/2 hour walk w/Kathy and left my Fitbit on the charger at home. That walk is usually good for around 10,000 steps that will go uncounted today. Aaaargh! And worse, I don't have the motivation now to go the gym for Body Flow and machine workout.
