Finally I get my hair cut today! The first two extra weeks weren't too bad, but this last week I have been dying to get it cut again. Glad I endured this now and not at the end of my NZ vacation.
Food:
7:50 am 1 c Trader Joe's Maple Clusters cereal, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:45 pm Steel cut oats, 1 small apple, 1/2 scoop Elevation vanilla protein powder, 1/2 c soy milk
Exercise:
8:30-10:00 am Walk around Bukolt w/Kathy
10:30-11:30 am Body Flow class
11:35-12:05 pm Machine/balance workout
