Nice hike at Rib last night, good night's sleep. Feeling good today. Which is good because I need to clean and cook to prepare for Michael and Taylor for dinner tonight. Making chicken biryani which is easy, probably adding a nice salad with the good dressing from mushroom/sage oil and lemon vinegar, and maybe homemade applesauce, and I'd like to bake an apple crisp or pie.

7:55 am Pumpkin danish, 101 g blackberries, coffee
