Had a really nice evening with Michael and Taylor, eating dinner and chatting. Taylor made homemade hummus and they brought naan to complement the chicken biryani with salad and applesauce. Michael helped me season the vinegar and oil dressing with a pinch of kosher salt, some oregano, and some roasted garlic powder. Excellent combination.

8:05 am Chocolate croissant, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:15 pm 2 scrambled eggs, apple crisp

9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
