No days off this week; it'll probably be even more difficult because I didn't do anything over the weekend. And I haven't been sleeping well. And I still haven't been to the gym. Sigh.
Food today:
8:45a - Cheerios and enriched vanilla soy milk
12:00p - Cinnamon bagel, handful dried fruit
2:30p - 80 cal yogurt cup
4:30p - sliver brownie, 2 Butterfinger eggs
5:15p - 1can Campbell's chicken noodle soup
evening - lots of junk, really not feeling all that emotionally well
Exercise today:
9:20-9:30a - Bike to campus
9:30a - Climb 4 flights of stairs
12:00p - Climb 4 flights of stairs
