8:45a - 2 shredded wheat biscuits and enriched vanilla soy milk
12:20p - about 5 cc cookies, 2 glasses soy milk
afternoon - lots of raisins, more cookies
6:00p - tofu veggie stir fry with brown rice, 3 crescent rolls, 2 cookies, glass soy milk
evening - more raisins, 3 dried apricots, more cookies.
Exercise today:
9:30-9:40a - Bike to campus
12-12:10p - Bike home
