Woo hoo! Scale down to 128.8 today! Hasn't been below 130 since the one day noted more than a week ago, so it's nice to see progress again.
Food:
7:00 am 1/2 c Trail Mix cereal w/raisins & almonds, 4 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1/4 cantaloupe, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
10:00 am 12 oz sugar-free caramel pecan cappucino (gas station)
12:15 pm Peach soy shake, slice whole wheat toast, 1 tsp margarine, apple w/sprinkling cinnamon sugar
4:30 pm Rainbow Rice Krispie treat, 30 g chocolate-covered raisins
6:15 pm Noodles & Co small Japanese pan noodles w/shrimp, 16 oz light Minute Maid lemonade
9:45 pm 2 pieces string cheese
