I think I slept pretty well last night, again after a pretty low sugar day. I also went out to Hilltop with Mary Hofer and had a Kahlua and cream which probably factored in.

7:00 am 1/2 c Trail Mix Cereal w/raisins & almonds, 4 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1/4 cantaloupe, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
10:30 am 1 Altoid
11:30 am Vanilla soy shake, small banana, 53 g raisin bread
2:30 pm Banana split granola bite
3:30 pm 1 Altoid
3:45 pm Handi-Snack Creamy Caramel pudding cup (very hungry afternoon!)
5:45 pm 2/3 Jimmy John's #12, no mayo or avocado spread, water, 100 cal Blue Bunny butter pecan ice cream bar
7:45 pm 1 piece string cheese
Exercise:
6:55-7:35 pm 15 min Pilates mini-mat; 25 min treadmill
