Sat 13 Sept

Dad and I will do the 3-mile Walk for Hope for suicide awareness this morning. Hopefully it won't rain the whole time. Hartmans will be there so we'll have good company. I didn't exercise at all yesterday, so I need to get my 10000 steps in today.

Finished the walk in a rather soggy on-again, off-again drizzle, but it was nice to walk and chat with Hartmans. Sad that we're not hopping into the car to visit Madison now, but understand that school schedules and work are predominant. Hope your project goes well today.


Food:

8:00 am Strawberry/vanilla soy shake, cherry juice from concentrate, 1/4 cantaloupe, palmier, coffee
10:45 am Slice medium Pizza Hut hand-tossed cheese pizza, Gala apple
2:30 pm Cup of General Foods Pumpkin Spice coffee drink
6:30 pm 3/4 c whole wheat pasta, 3/4 c homemade spaghetti sauce w/ground round, onions, red peppers, zucchini, baby portabellas, mucho tomato sauce, spices, 1 tbl grated parmesan, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
7:30 pm Slice pumpkin bread, 1 tsp margarine

9:45-10:45 am 3 mile Walk for Hope
