No appointments on the schedule at the office today, so I hopefully will get caught up on things. This morning's exercise wasn't quite so odious but tiring anyway.

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c skim milk, pear, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, maple walnut mini-scone
3:30 pm Jello Sugar Free Mochaccino pudding cup
4:45 pm Medium apple w/ 1 tbl sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon
6:00 pm 1/3 Palermo Primo Thin Roasted Vegetable w/goat cheese pizza, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:15 pm 2 Hershey pumpkin spice kisses
Exercise:
5:00-5:50 am Ball/band DVD
2:40-3:00 pm Brisk walk to grocery store and back
5:00-5:35 pm Brisk walk to Newman and back
