Discovered last night that I don't sleep well if I've eaten a lot of sugary stuff. I had the Coldstone instead of supper yesterday and had a pretty restless night. The past day or two when I'd eaten bakery for breakfast had been less than comfortable sleeping also. I'm going to have to experiment with some very low sugar days to see if sleeping is better.
Food:
7:00 am Vanilla soy shake, 67 g raisin bread, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:15 pm 2 slices whole wheat bread, 3 oz sliced turkey, 1 oz swiss cheese, 1 leaf lettucce, 1 c salad, 1 tbl honey mustard dressing
4:45 pm 2 c kettle corn
6:45 pm 1 c Maple & Brown Sugar Mini-Spooners, 4 oz skim milk
Exercise:
5:55-6:45 pm Pilates mat
7:00-7:30 pm Walk to Suzuki and tour new UC
8:30-8:50 pm Walk home - long way
