Funny how it seems I was gone from home for quite a long time when it was only about a day and a half. Now tomorrow I go with a group to Lions Camp for an overnight and will be home hopefully by 9:30 or 10:00 am, but it seems like a major time commitment there too. Hopefully I'll get lots of walking exercise at camp, but I understand this is a pretty sedentary group.
Food:
7:00 am 1/2 c Trail Mix cereal w/raisins & almonds, 4 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1/4 cantaloupe, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm Strawberry/vanilla soy shake, cinnamon scone
5:00 pm Slice pumpkin bread
6:00 pm 3.4 oz ground round, bun, 1 tbl ketchup, serving sweet potato fries, 3/4 c broccoli, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, 100 calorie Kemps chocolate ice cream bite
Exercise:
6:35-7:20 pm Walk to Suzuki plus a little extra
8:30-8:50 pm Walk home
9:15-9:50 pm Cardio hula DVD
