Wow, it's early! Had to get up at 3:45 to have time to move comfortably through my morning routine so I can get out of here by about 5:45. Interesting to have the house so quiet.
Food:
5:00 am Vanilla soy shake, 8 oz OJ, 1/4 cantaloupe, slice pumpkin bread
10:00 am Blueberry scone, 6 oz OJ
12:00 pm Tossed salad, 1 tbl chopped egg, 1 tbl shredded cheddar, 1 tbl bleu cheese crumbles, 3 oz roast pork marsala, 1/2 c fried rice, 1/2 c steamed broccoli, dinner roll, 1/2 pat butter, 6 dutch mints
2:30 pm Diet Coke, small handful pretzels
6:30 pm 2 shrimp/crab enchiladas w/cream sauce, few chips/salsa, large margarita on the rocks
7:45 pm Molasses cookie
Exercise:
4:45-5:50 pm Brisk walk
