I slept soooo well last night, after a day with minimal sugar consumption. Not enough data yet to make a conclusion, but enough to raise suspicion that sugar is a factor. I feel so much better with adequate rest.

7:00 am 1 c Maple & Brown Sugar Mini-Spooners, 4 oz skim milk, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee, small banana
12:30 pm Chocolate soy shake, 51 g raisin bread
3:00 pm Handi-Snacks Creamy Caramel pudding cup
3:45 pm Mini-box raisins
4:45 pm 2 c kettle corn
6:45 pm 3 oz rotisserie chicken breast, 1/2 c garlic mashed potatoes, 2/3 c steamed veggie blend, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, Blue Bunny 100 calorir Butter Pecan ice cream bar

5:04-6:01 pm Bike ride - couldn't waste a gorgeous sunny day
