Mon 29 Sept

Wow, it was hard to exercise this morning. Getting up and getting started wasn't so bad, but I'm achy in every muscle so I couldn't maintain the effort. Had to give up Pilates after 40 min. Would have loved nothing more than to crawl back into bed with the electric blanket on and sleep for several hours. My body just doesn't want to move.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 4 oz skim milk, 1/4 cantaloupe, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:15 pm Banana soy shake, 75 g cranberry scone, 1 Lindt extra fine thin Intense Orange dark chocolate, herbal tea
2:45 pm Medium apple, 2 Reese's miniatures
6:45 pm 3 oz roast beef, 1/2 c cheddar potatoes, 2 tbl gravy, 1 c diced beets, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, Jello sugar free double chocolate pudding cup



Exercise:

5:00-5:40 am Pilates mat
8:00-8:35 pm Cardio Hula DVD
