Fri 5 Sept

Haven't made time for exercise for two days now, and I'm feeling the sluggish aftereffects. It will be a bit difficult with taking Grandma to Panacea fish fry tonight, but I should be able to come home at 3:30 and sneak in a quick workout. Hope so. Also need to get back to Campus Cycle as they finally got in one of the two bikes I want to test out. Didn't want to go yesterday over my lunch hour in the drizzle when I wasn't really dressed to ride bike anyway.


Food:

7:00 am 1 serving Red River hot cereal, 1 tsp packed brown sugar, 3 oz light vanilla soy milk, pear, coffee
10:00 am 1 Hershey's almond nugget
11:45 am Half large turkey club sandwich (whole wheat bread, 3 oz sliced turkey, 2 slices Nueske bacon, slice tomato, lettuce, mayo), small bowl creamy tomato basil soup
2:00 pm Walnut cookie
6:00 pm 3.5 oz baked fish, 1/4 c creamy coleslaw, 2/3 dinner roll, 1/2 large baked potato, 1 pat butter, 1 tbl sour cream, 2"x2" square white cake w/white frosting & butterfinger pieces, 8 oz skim milk
8:15 pm 1/2 c fresh raspberries
