I could still feel some muscle soreness during ballet as a remnant of the Friday workout. My thighs had been sore all day yesterday going up and down stairs to do laundry, so I was expecting the burn today. I also haven't hiked all week because of being on call (as well as rainy weather). I'm sure if we're able to get out on Tuesday, my legs will feel the hills!
I imagine things were pretty wild in Spain this afternoon (or whatever time it was there). Must have been fun to watch the match in the company of people who were totally invested in the outcome. Hope you managed to avoid being trampled or getting too drunk.

8:15 am 1 c Kashi GOLEAN cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 81 g fresh blueberries
11:45 am Belgian waffle, 1/8 c pecans, 3/4 c blueberries in light glaze, 2 eggs, 8 oz orange juice, coffee
3:30 pm 1/2 c Ben N' Jerry's Brownie Chew Gooder ice cream
6:00 pm 1/4 c chicken peanut stew. 1 c spinach leaves, 2 fresh mozzarella wheels w/basil & pimiento, 8 cherry tomatoes, 1 tbl dressing, beer bread roll, 1/2 tbl honey butter, 12 oz extra pale ale
