Hope you enjoyed your Bastille Day festivities, culminating with fireworks. Sounds like a blast!

I figured out today that I could get up at the regular time and still leave half an hour early as long as I did one of the 30-min exercise videos. Tried one I hadn't yet done before and it was very good.

Conference at Kalahari today. Best conference lunch I can remember - the curried cous cous w/veggies was excellent, as were the freshly steamed veggies and teriyaki chicken.


Food:

6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 102 g strawberries, 50 g blueberries, coffee
9:15 am 2/3 c scrambled eggs, mini bagel, 1 tbl garden vegetable cream cheese, 6 oz orange juice, coffee
11:45 am 3 oz chicken breast, teriyaki sauce, 1/2 c curried cous cous w/veggies, 1/2 c steamed veggies, iced tea, roll w/butter
2:45 pm 12 oz diet Coke, chocolate chocolate chip cookie
5:00 pm Small peach mango soft serve cone
6:30 pm Yoplait Raspberry Delights parfait, 101 g blackberries

5:00-5:30 am Janis Saffel Sculpt DVD
12:35-12:50 pm Walk
7:00-800 pm Walk to deliver veggies
