Scale at 127.4 today, continuing in the slightly more acceptable range. Approaching the weekend, I need to be a little more reasonable in selection of foods. I know how to do it, I just have to do it.

Our section is responsible for the bake sale at work today. Did a double batch of plain rice krispie treats because I've been hungry for them. One krispie treat isn't too hard on the diet so I won't be as tempted to indulge in something worse.



Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 137 g blueberries, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
9:15 am Rice krispie treat
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 61 g cranberry scone, large peach
2:15 pm DQ fudge bar
6:15 pm Trig's brat, Milwaukee wheat bun, 1 tbl ketchup, 2/3 c sauteed zucchini, large cob corn, 1/2 tbl butter, 10 oz light original soy milk
7:30 pm Yoplait raspberry chocolate Delights parfait
