Tues 6 Jul

Back to work, but only a 4-day week. Got a reservation for a hotel in Chicago on Jul 30; we'll stay at the Intercontinental where we stayed when you went to Taiwan. Maybe we'll even go back to the fancy seafood restaurant on the property where I had the yummy oysters. Sounds good to me!

Hope Paris is treating you well - wish I could see it with you. Have a tasty pastry and a glass of wine for me!

7:15 am 1 c Kashi Crumble cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 131 g strawberries, coffee
10:30 am Peanut butter chip cookie
11:45 am 4.3 oz pecan caramel roll, vanilla soy shake, 83 g blackberries, 121 g blueberries
6:15 pm 1"x2" brownie
6:45 pm Brat, whole wheat bun, 1 tbl ketchup, 148 g sliced cucumbers, 1/2 c Bush's Grillin' Beans Black Bean Fiesta, 10 oz light original soy milk
