Tues 27 Jul

Scale was a little less today - 130.2 - but I'm not going to be happy until it's consistently well under 130. I want to get back to the vicinity of 125 where I was holding steady before the cruise. That seemed to be a good weight, fitting into my clothes well. I'm not really noticing too much difference now, but I've been the route before of going up a little at a time, then gradually more and more. I really don't want to see that happen again. Granted the last time it happened, I had slacked back on my exercising and I haven't done that this time. Problem is I just enjoy food a lot. I like the stuff that's good for me, but I also like the stuff that isn't.


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 142 g blueberries, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, 55 g cranberry scone, 2 apricots
3:00 pm Kirkland diet green tea w/citrus, 1/2 c Edy's Light Slow-Churned chocolate chip mint ice cream
7:00 pm 4.1 oz grilled chicken, 1 tbl Sweet Baby Ray's, 1/2 c Yukon Gold potatoes, 1 tsp pesto, 1 large cob corn, 1 tsp butter, 12 oz skim milk



Exercise:

5:00-6:00 am Pilates mat
