Sorry I missed you last night on Facebook. I was tired and didn't even notice the chat box til this morning. Took me a few minutes to realize you weren't there this morning.
Had a good Pilates mat today, more energy than usual. Hopefully that will be a good sign for the day.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 98 g strawberries, 42 g blueberries, 1/4 med cantaloupe, coffee
12:15 pm Blueberry soy shake, med peach, slice Trader Joe's multigrain fiber bread, 1 tbl Nutella
12:50 pm Small piece rhubarb crisp
3:15 pm 2 Necco Canadian mints
6:30 pm 3 oz boneless pork chop, 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1/8 c raisins, 1/8 c shallots, 1/6 c beef broth, 1/2 tbl flaked coconut, 1 diced mango, 1/2 c yukon gold potatoes, 1/4 tbl butter, 2/3 c green beans, 12 oz skim milk
8:00 pm Jello sugar free dark chocolate pudding cup
