I'm a little tired today in spite of a full 8 hours of pretty solid sleep. I suspect it will shake off soon enough. It's a beautiful day and we plan to hike with Barb tonight.

11:45 am 2 crab rangoon, 1/2 c green beans, 1/4 c lo mein noodles, 1/4 c coconut shrimp, 1/4 c hibachi shrimp and veggies, 1/4 c chicken and veggies, 4 wedges watermelon, 1/4 c chocolate pudding, fortune cookie
3:45 pm 1 square Ecuadorian chocolate
6:30 pm Archer Farms blueberry fruit strip
8:15 pm 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/fresh chives, 2 honey graham crackers w/1 tsp margarine, med peach, Jello sugar-free dark chocolate pudding cup

5:00-5:50 am Pilates mat w/o pushups
5:30-7:35 pm Hiking Rib Mt with tower
