Looking to come down early tomorrow to check out the Farmer's Market. At this point, I'm hoping to arrive around 8:30 am but we'll see if we're able to pull that off. Let me know if you'd like to meet at the market or when or where you'd prefer.

Was a bad girl and didn't get up to exercise this morning - just too tired. It does look like the promised nice day is here and we'll hike this evening so I'll still get a good workout for the day.

Hiking was great - much more acclimated already than the first foray on Sunday.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
12:15 pm Blueberry soy shake, blueberry oat muffin, large orange
3:00 pm 8 Peeps bunnies (perfectly "cured")
7:30 pm 6 oz ground ahi tuna, 2 shrimp, ciabatta bun, slice tomato, leaf lettuce, 2 tbl remoulade sauce, 5 fried plantains, 8 oz scotch ale
9:00 pm 1/2 c Schwans Fudge Brownie frozen yogurt


Exercise:

5:00-7:00 pm Hiking Rib Mt plus tower
