First choir concert tonight. Time to Poison the Pigeons. I even ironed my outfit!
Have a great time at the Madison Radisson this weekend. (Eli's right, it IS fun to say out loud!) Be sure to find time to sleep occasionally.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 133 g blackberries, coffee
12:30 pm Chocolate soy shake, slice Nutty Oat toast, 1 tbl Nutella, large pear, large orange
5:00 pm 3 oz Costco chicken breast
8:45 pm Several bars/brownies/treats after concert
