Made it through the Original Jane Fonda Workout with a little more energy than usual. Maybe having the windows open to fresh air and a walk through Schmeeckle last night contributed. Also really looking forward to a mini-vacation for a few days in Door Co next week. Hoping for good hiking weather there.
Slightly larger-than-usual bowl of cereal this morning to finish the last of a box. I hate going in to a box the next morning to less than a quarter cup cereal left.
Was planning on hitting the gym tonight but didn't get out of the office til nearly 5 pm, have Suzuki at 7:30, and shins are sore today either from Sunday hike or Monday walk. Good night to rest.
Food:
7:15 am 1.2 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
9:45 am 1 sleeve Sixlets
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, 1/2 c chicken peanut stew, 1 slice Earth Friendly toast, 1 tsp olive oil spread, 1 large orange
2:00 pm Cake-like molasses raisin cookie
5:00 pm 2 Reese's eggs
5:45 pm 159 g spinach cheese ravioli, 1 tbl butter, 1 tbl pesto, 3/4 c carrots, 5 sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, 12 oz skim milk
