I always feel somewhat virtuous after completing the original Jane Fonda Workout because it pushes my stamina more than other workouts I do.

Will get out to vote for Kloppenburg today. Hope many others do as well. I was #40 at my polling place this morning.



Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, 75g cinnamon scone, 1/4 large cantaloupe
1:15 pm 30 g molasses cookies (Christmas leftovers - still crisp!), 1 Noir Ciocollotto truffle
5:45 pm 3.15 g extra lean ground beef, 1 tsp Lipton Onion Soup mix, large slice tomato, med slice tomato, 1/2 oz reduced fat Jacko cheese, ketchup, Arnold wheat bun, 1 c green beans, 12 oz skim milk, Jello mint Mousse Temptations cup
