Did the Denise Austin Power Zone again today; it will get slightly easier as I know the order of the routines, but it will continue to be a good workout with the resistance band added to the cardio. It was released in 2004 so it's not as dated as the old Jane Fonda routines, but I still like them too.
Oooh, it's difficult to end the work day with a very frustrating client. I know it's traditionally hard to get this client to leave after appointments so I started telling her she had to pack up and go at 4 pm. Finally coaxed her out the door, being progressively less polite, at about 4:20 pm. Yikes! And she has another appointment in the building with the psychiatrist at 8:15 tomorrow morning! And did I mention that she arrived at 12:53 pm for our 3:00 pm appointment. I did not get her from the waiting area until 3:00 as I had explained to her that I had a meeting from 1:00-3:00, but it was annoying knowing she was up in the waiting area the whole time. Ah, a day in the life....
Dad offered dinner at El Ranchito as a balm for a difficult afternoon. He didn't have to twist my arm. And I gave in to my Peeps craving on the way home.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 136 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, slice Nutty Oat toast, 1 tbl peanut butter, 1/4 large cantaloupe (ooh, a really good one!)
1:30 pm 12 Jelly Belly jelly beans
5:00 pm 1 Noir Cioccolato truffle
5:45 pm 12 oz margarita on the rocks, 2 tamales, 1/2 c refritos, 1/2 c Mexican rice, 1 tbl sour cream, 1 tbl guacamole, chips and salsa
7:00 pm 4 Peeps bunnies
