Used my White Elephant purchase Denise Austin DVD today. I think I got my $10 worth even if the other two videos don't prove as useful. This was a good combo workout using a provided resistance band.

Gave in to snacks on the counter at work today. Bad mommy.

Homemade pizza tonight with TJ crust, lots of veggies, a dab of lean ground beef, and cheese.


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light origina soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 153 g strawberries, coffee
9:00 am 1 TJ lemon heart cookie, 1 Harry and David chocolate covered bing cherry
11:45 am 2 small fried fish filets (3 oz), 1 c fruit salad, 1 slice cocktail rye, 1 tbl tartar sauce, 1 mouthful cole slaw VERY heavy on onion
2:45 pm 1 Noir Cioccolato truffle, 1/2 strip candy buttons
4:30 pm 4 cornbread crackers w/crab spread
6:00 pm 2 slices homemade pizza, 12 oz skim milk
7:45 pm Blue Bunny mint chocolate chip ice cream sandwich
