Could be a busy office day today with having been out at a conference Thurs/Fri. I know I'm supposed to discharge someone from a group home and take her home to Rosholt around lunch time, and I'm worried that she's not ready to go but the bed is needed for someone else. Have to see how this plays out.
Went to the ACT shack tonight and Max helped me find hat, gloves, and purse to match my suit for Poisoning Pigeons in the Park.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, small blueberry turnover, 1/4 large cantaloupe
2:45 pm 27 g TJ cinnamon grahams, Yoplait chocolate raspberry parfait
6:30 pm 3 slice leftover Pizza Brutta pizza, large orange, 12 oz skim milk, Jello sugar free dark chocolate pudding cup
7:45 pm 3/4 c Fruity Cheerios, 1/2 c skim milk
