I'm proud of myself for getting through the kickboxing workout this morning. I was too tired to go to the gym after work yesterday so I just came home, made pizza, and we did the grocery run for the Bootstrap bags for church. I'm still tired today, but I get my hair cut and colored this evening so I know I can't work out again later. Had to choose one of my more energetic workouts this morning, especially because I have Intake this morning which means I'm stuck in my office.
God bless Sue who calls to remind me that my appointment is half an hour later than usual tonight. She knows me so well that she knows I would have shown up at the usual time. She was right.
Food:
7:15 am Hot cross bun, 1/2 grapefruit, 165 g strawberries, coffee
11:00 am 157 g strawberries
12:30 pm Blueberry soy shake, 91 g blueberry muffin, 1/4 large cantaloupe
2:30 pm Noir Cioccolato truffle, 1 Bogden's reception stick
5:30 pm 4.2 oz extra lean ground beef, Arnold's select wheat bun, 1 tbl Hunt's ketchup, 1/2 tbl Lipton Onion soup mix, 3/4 c green beans, 12 oz skim milk. Jello sugar free dark chocolate pudding cup
