Looks like a very nice week to come, weather-wise. Maybe we can get out for that hike this afternoon since we chose the bike ride yesterday. Tomorrow might have thunderstorms and Tuesday is the last Pilates class so it would be a good choice.

Peaches are coming on Thursday!


Food:

8:00 am 1 c Shreddies, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 99 g raspberries, coffee
11:45 am 2 eggs, 2 pc bacon, 1 slice French toast, 1 tbl whipped butter, 1 tbl syrup, coffee
5:30 pm 1 oz coffee vanilla rum, 12 oz diet Coke
6:00 pm Mushroom/Swiss brat, 80 cal Wonder wheat bun, 1 tbl ketchup, 1/2 c Bush's Grillin' Beans, 1 c watermelon chunks, 12 oz skim milk, 1 sm chocolate mint truffle


Exercise:

7:00-7:50 am Brutal ballet DVD
2:25-4:25 pm Hiking Rib Mt plus tower
6:40-7:00 pm Leisurely bike to Mary Hofer's and back
