Just saw a banner ad for Chicago ComicCon 2011; will you be working for that?
Yesterday was a disaster day for eating. Sue the nurse's 50th birthday meant buffet lunch at Tempura House followed by ice cream at King Kone (newly opened in the old Sassy Brass). We took Michael (and tagalong Grandma) up to Wausau to get his new phone and ate at Olive Garden. I tried to pick an entree to split with Grandma that I thought would be on the healthy side - a pasta with grilled shrimp and a garlic/olive oil sauce - but when they brought me the requested nutrition info booklet, it was 990 calories, 54 g fat, and 2990 g sodium! Yikes! Think I'll try to avoid much food today and up the exercise ante.
On the good side, Barb said they're considering doing another month of the Tues night Pilates classes.
Wow, just peeked briefly at your European hiking adventure plan! Looks incredible!
Had a very good Pilates class, but talked with Joan afterward about Uncle Ed. He had a very major stroke and will not recover according to doctors. He is currently receiving comfort care and they expect the end within a week. We'll keep you posted.
