Not enough sleep is likely to tell on me later today. I chose not to get up early to exercise since I was only going to get about 4 hours sleep anyway. Tomorrow is soon enough to get back into routine. Bodies need sleep, too.

Once again I felt pretty good to start the day but started losing energy around 11 am. I'm going to try to sneak in a 10-min nap before heading back to work.

Guess I'll celebrate National Running Day by running up the stairs to an early bedtime.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 132 g strawberries, coffee
12:15 am Blueberry soy shake, spelt scone, 1 1/2 c fruit salad
3:15 pm 1/2 pkg TJ roasted seaweed snack
4:45 pm 1 c (stale) kettle corn, Yoplait Chocolate Eclair yogurt parfait
6:30 pm 3.9 oz 96% lean burger, whole wheat kaiser bun, 1/4 c grilled onions, 1 tbl ketchup, 1 1/2 c fruit salad, 12 oz skim milk


Exercise:

5:15-5:25 pm Walk to Suzuki rehearsal
5:50-6:00 pm Walk home
