Joan had a lot of good tips about body alignment that I tried to apply to my exercises this morning. Hope I can continue to remember them.

Plan is still on for Dad and I to come down this Saturday for Farmer's Market and errands. Are you available? Will you be at the market helping Deb or would you rather walk around with us?

Sounds good for Saturday - we'll let you know more on timing before we leave.

Oh my, we had one of those suppers when Mom makes little noises of delight with every bite. You know, the ones where Michael used to get embarrassed sitting at table with me.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 107 g strawberries, 50 g blackberries, coffee
12:15 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, spelt scone, 1/2 med cantaloupe
4:45 pm 4 almond thin cookies
6:30 pm 4 oz grilled lamb chop (w/Goya bitter orange, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme), 1/3 c heirloom red/brown rice, 1/6 tbl butter, mixed green salad, 1/4 c sliced strawberries, 1/8 c blueberries, 12 oz skim milk, 4 oz sparkling wine
7:45 pm Culver's small sundae w/hot fudge & raspberries

No communiques from Deb, so I'll assume I'm not pesto-ing. Should be down for a Costco/TJs run and lunch! Give me a call when you're in town; I can meet you at the market if that works better logistically (read: parking).
