Hiking seemed a more intense workout than usual last night, and I struggled through the Jane Fonda Original Workout this morning. Energy levels a little lower than usual.
Liked my pizza burgers so well last week that I reprised them tonight!
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 124 g raspberries, coffee
11:30 am Vanilla soy shake, 114 g whole grain blueberry scone, pear, 2 apricots
2:45 pm Package TJ roasted seaweed snack
7:45 pm 5 oz extra lean ground beef, 1 tbl arrabiata sauce, 9 g shredded asiago cheese, fresh basil & oregano, bun, mixed green salad, 1/4 c raspberries, 5 spritzes raspberry walnut viniagrette, 12 oz skim milk, chocolate d'oh cupcake

5:00-5:20 pm Walk downtown
5:30-6:45 pm Pilates
6:50-7:10 pm Walk home
