Scale a little better again today. Yesterday was likely extra water from the soy sauce and curry. Next week even better.

My mid-afternoon appointment called at 1:30 to cancel which seemed like a good excuse to take some accumulated comp time and come home. I was so tired that I napped for almost two hours in addition to a half hour on my regular lunch hour. I finally felt awake! So I went outside and read in the lounge chair.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 156 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese, chives, med peach, 104 g raspberries
5:00 pm 4 Peeps bunnies
6:15 pm 16 oz margarita, chips & salsa, beef nachos, 4 oz steak, sauteed onions, peppers, jalapenos, 1 tbl melted cheese, 1/2 c refritos, 2 corn/flour tortillas
7:30 pm 3/4 c Mississippi Mud ice cream
