Rainy morning, probably not a good day to hike tonight. Give me a chance to do a little housecleaning and relax at home.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 lg cantaloupe, 148 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am 4 oz chicken breast, 1 oz Swiss cheese, lettuce leaf, tomato slice, 4 sm pickle slices, 1/8 c mushrooms, bun, 1 c fruit salad, 2 bites chocolate cake
3:15 pm .2 Dove dark chocolate bar, 1 Kopiko cappuccino hard candy
4:45 pm 2 c kettle corn
7:00 pm Chicken biryani, 1 c broccoli, 12 oz skim milk, 1/2 c Cedar Crest chocolate chocolate chunk frozen yogurt
