Had a sharp pain twice just below my right shoulder blade early on in the kickboxing routine this morning so decided to switch to Fat Burner aerobics to minimize possibility of injury. Didn't like the way it grabbed, and that routine uses wrist weights while punching at various angles. Better to be cautious than sidelined for awhile.
I have been tired all day today. Don't feel like I was very productive, just exhausted. No good reason, maybe changing weather. I allow others to use that as an excuse, so maybe I'll try it myself.
Took Bill Pyke out for a belated birthday lunch today. Really didn't need the Tokyo Steak House lunch buffet.

7:00 am 134 g cranberry orange scone, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 136 g strawberries, coffee
12:45 pm 4 pc spicy tuna sushi, 4 pc small maki sushi, 2 crab rangoon, 2 oz beef, 1 c mushrooms, 1/2 c cabbage, 1 c green beans
4:45 pm 2 c kettle corn
6:45 pm 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk, med peach, 3/4 c sweet cherries, 1/2 c Cedar Crest chocolate chocolate chunk frozen yogurt
